95% of women have cellulite yes even the skinny ones and cellulite is often hereditary, so it’s likely more than  your family members will be suffering from the same problem.
Cellulite forms in areas with the least circulation so it means that without activity, it’s very hard to budge,but by  using  active energising movements and skin warming exercises you will help with the appearance if you are consistent doing it once a week will not do anything  it needs to be done more like once a day.
It is recommended that by running, swimming and a brisk walking. Which are all excellent forms of exercises for increasing blood circulation and loosening the fat tissues from those hard to budge areas. Weight training is also a good way to help remove stubborn cellulite if you are not into the above ways to exercise.
When buying cellulite products, look for the following ingredients: Centella asiatica is the key ingredient in cellulite creams, this restores the macromolecules that give the skin its elastic quality. Ginkgo Biloba is  also a good product to try as its powerful antioxidants  effectively oxidises fat cells that are present below the skin’s surface and helps to increase blood circulation by strengthening the veins, which helps to rid the body of cellulite. Another one to look for methyl nicotinate  which promotes the decongestion of tissues, reducing the amount of retained liquid, it also stimulates the drainage of liquids and toxins.
Its up to you how bad it gets but  to prevent or at least stopping it for getting any worst place try cutting  down on the following: Refined and processed foods and artificial foods that contain sweeteners, additives and chemicals dairy and high fat products, sugar and high sugar products are all thought to contribute to the dreaded orange peel. Any toxin also makes it worst so you should also try cutting down on cigarettes and alcohol.
