Whats in cosmetics today ?

Whats in cosmetics today ?
Today we are looking at Whats in cosmetics today ?

Whats in cosmetics today ? And is quite disturbing

We have covered makeup through ages and looked at  what the ingredients  were and how deal some of there were today we are looking Whats in cosmetics today ?
As we know make-up and common cosmetics have been around for centuries. We also know that cosmetics were at times, very dangerous, and could be even fatal. But thankfully over time the manufactures have found safer ways to make cosmetics even though not necessarily nicer products.
While cosmetics are meant to enhance beauty and make look beautiful, the ingredients  that are used aren’t always the nicest. Some of ingredients are very common while others are. However it’s safe to say that these ingredients aren’t  the kind  of things you’d probably think are in your makeup.
Old cooking oil – cosmetic companies have found out that by using waste cooking oil, a certain type of surfactant  which supposedly, the surfactant helps to regenerate damaged skin. Many of these companies will get the waste oil from fast food restaurants and cafĂ©s.
Chicken bone marrow – Chicken bone marrow is full of glucosamine, which when used on the skin   it promotes healthy  skin cells  for a youthful look. Chicken bone marrow is also considered to be an anti-inflammatory. This is quite often found  in moisturizers as well as face cream.
Fish  scales – The shimmer and shine that you get with some nail polish and lipstick comes from adding fish scales into the mix. The cosmetic manufacturers still haven’t found any better ingredient that does the job as well.
Cochineal beetles -The bugs are drowned in hot water, dried, and then ground to a fine powder. The crimson red dye is then extracted and used in beauty product raining from lipstick, blush and eyeshadow to name a few.
Thes are just a few of the ingredients that are used today we will add  more to Whats in cosmetics today ? on another day.
