The best way to deal with dark  circles underneath the eyes is to use a yellow toned colour corrector, which will neutralise this dark colour. If you  have darker skin type, and you are looking to neutralise gray or blue  discolouration under  the eyes, then it would be best to use an orange or peach coloured neutralizer. This will work in the same way as a yellow colour corrector work on someone with lighter skin.
