Ok so you start your skincare routine with a cleaner, then a toner then a moisture then foundation then bronzer and if it sunny sunscreen and that just in the day, some people end up putting between 10-20 products on their skin a day which as I’m sure you have worked is just to much for your skin .

So how about you only clean at night giving and not in the morning as well obviously we not saying not to wash, just not then use a cleaner which can strip you natural oils from your face further. Cleansing in the evening is enough then tone and moisturise. instead of using a bronzer and foundation and sunscreen use a product with all three in this way you are not over loading the skin.
2. Life style
To much sun exposure, not getting enough sleep and, of course, being overly stressed out are the biggies. That effete how you skin looks and feels. most of this is common sense, but obviously stress is something we have to learn to deal with. weather that is through meditation. Or just relaxing watching a movie that makes a difference. It lowers stress hormones. Low stress hormones mean your skin stays young, high stress hormones mean you get wrinkled real fast.

It is advised that we drink eight glasses of water a day, but for some reason a lot of people hate water. But when you’re dehydrated, the cells don’ repair very well and can make the skin look dull and dry. Which can lead to more fine lines and wrinkles.
