Changing From Summer to Autumn skincare routine

Today we are looking at changing From Summer to Autumn skincare routine.
Cleanser- With less sunlight and heat, our skin produces less oil in the fall, it’s important to choose cleansers that don’t completely strip the skin of its natural oils. Cleansers that dry out the skin can cause dead skin cells to flake off and block pores, which may lead to breakouts.  You can use a cleanser that removes makeup, as well as cleanses, and tones which is ultimately better for the skin because you’re applying fewer preservatives which may be harmful.
Toner-  avoid products with alcohol because they can be too drying as the weather becomes cooler. Try switching to a toner made with witch hazel rather than alcohol. This will help to prevent stripping of the skin.
Exfoliator- As we move into the Autumn you may find your skin becoming dryer. It’s important to exfoliate on a regular basis to keep the plumpness of your skin and removing dead skin cells will reveal bright and more even-toned skin.
Serum- To help transition your skin from summer to Autumn you should focus on serums as they help to even skintone, replenishes hydration levels and enhance radiance.
Moisturiser-  In the cooler months switch to a heavier moisturiser. When applying moisturiser to your body it is most effective to do this after a shower or bath and keep the bathroom door closed to preserve the steam then gently towel dry your body and apply moisturiser to slightly damp skin.
By the end of summer our skin is combating the consequences of months of sun exposure, including sunburn, peeling, redness, and dry skin.  That is why it is good to make sure you change things by moving From Summer to Autumn skincare.
