How to lift down turned eyes with makeup

Today we are looking at How to lift down turned eyes with makeup

We are looking at How to lift down turned eyes with makeup

If your droopy eyes make you look as if you pulled an all-nighter or two  we are going to tell you How to lift down turned eyes with makeup .
  1. Apply a highlighter  eye shadow to your brow bone and lid to draw attention upward toward your brow bone.  You can also apply the highlighter to the inner corners to make your eyes looks bigger. Always blend  the eye shadow in well with a firm eyeshadow makeup  brush.
  2. Next follow with a mid-tone shade, beginning a little inward from the outside corner of your eye. Sweep the eye shadow across your entire lid, into the crease and toward the inside corner of your eye. Don’t blend your eye shadow all the way to the outer edge of your eye; keeping it natural at the outer portion of the eye gives a visual boost to the lid.
  3. Follow with a contour shade, also beginning a little in from the outer edge, then bring the colour up and into the crevice of your lid, blend the shadow upward. Swipe the contour shade underneath the lower lash line, starting slightly inward from the outside corner. Your goal is to draw attention toward the centre of your eye.
  4.  When applying  your eye liner, begin a little higher than your upper lash line on the outside corner of your eye.,blending upward to create a wing at the end.
  5.  Finally add  your favorite mascara, but stay away from the outer fringe. Concentrate on the middle to inner lashes. Apply two coats.
By following our tips on How to lift down turned eyes with makeup you will give the illusion that they are straighter.

Do sun protection tablets really work

Do sun protection tablets really work

Lets take a look at Do sun protection tablets really workDo sun protection tablets really work

Do sun protection tablets really work, what do you think

In today’s blog we are going to hopefully answer the question Do sun protection tablets really work?
It is difficult to know how much or how often to apply sun cream and if you work outside and find that you cannot apply often enough then you may want an alternative, this is why sun protection tablets have come about.
These do sound too good to be true and in a way they are as they can’t completely replace sunscreen and they are not as effective at blocking the sun’s effects as sunblock. But when used in tandem with sunscreen, sunscreen tablets may help keep the sun from damaging your skin.
Sunscreen protects us from the outside with traditional sunscreens blocking ultraviolet light before it hits your skin, which helps to reduce the amount of damage UV light can do.  Sun protection tablets help protect us from the inside, they usually contain vitamins and strong antioxidants that we may not get enough of in our day-to-day diet,  these ingredients may help protect our bodies against damaging free radicals caused by ultraviolet light’s interaction with our cells.
Some sun protection tablets have also shown signs of helping sun burn but it is always better to prevent in the first place.  So far there is not a sun protection tablet that can completely protect so plenty of sunscreen and a hat is best.
So Do sun protection tablets really work, well they do a bit but you still need the outside protection using sunscreen and clothing.

Fake a facelift

Fake a faceliftWant to know how to Fake a facelift ?

Want to Fake a facelift  without paying the big bucks?

We are going to be looking at how to Fake a facelift there are lots of different products out there that all give a temporary lift but how do you know which ones are good?
Sagging skin on the face  is arguably one of the most prominent signs of aging. Yes we know  that wrinkles are up there too, but you can get wrinkles at any point in your life even  at a young age from squinting or even smiling too much but we have to agree laughter and smile lines are never bad . But sagging skin is something that comes with getting older.
As we age, your skin begins to produce less oil, making it become drier and loose. This causes you to not just look old, but  maybe feel old too. There are cosmetic procedures that can reverse this problem, but they’re all pretty invasive and require weeks of recovery time.  Not to forget they cost lots of  money.  But there are  other ways to obtain tighter and younger-looking skin without having to undergo cosmetic surgery. One of them is opting for topical skin tightening treatments.
When looking for a topical skin tightening treatment, it’s important to understand the difference between topical agents that reduce the appearance of wrinkles and those that actually tighten the skin and reduce sag. Most of the time consumers begin a regimen consisting of only anti-wrinkle creams that only help smooth out wrinkles but not actually tighten the skin.
If you’re trying to tighten your sagging skin,  then you are  going to need an anti-aging treatment. This could come in the form of a cream or serum. The reason why is because anything that contains the word anti-aging focuses on the whole aspect of aging, as opposed to a wrinkle cream which only focuses on one. Remember, aging isn’t just the appearance of wrinkles, it’s sagging skin and uneven skin tone. A  good quality anti-aging treatment  will include skin firming ingredients such as DMAE which has been proven to not only tighten and firm the skin, but also tone the muscles beneath, to give the face a leaner appearance. Another important ingredient to look for in anti-aging treatments is Ubiquinone. Ubiquonine is a super antioxidant that boosts our body’s ability to produce collagen, elastin and other important skin molecules, helping our skin look young and healthy.
Steer clear of products containing “artificial collagen”. These products only provide a temporary result and don’t produce long term effects. Everyone knows our skin needs collagen to look younger and tighter. Once we hit 25, the production of collagen begins to slow down.  So by using  products which contain DMAE and Ubiquinone,  which work by helping your body produce the components (elastin and collagen) that once made your skin young and wrinkle free. Are the right ones to use to get good results.
The key to finding the perfect anti-aging treatment lies within reading product reviews and actually trying out the product for yourself. Everyone’s skin is different and reacts differently to even the most expensive of products.   otherwise you may be just through good money after bad without  being able to Fake a facelift

Summer makeup tips

There is quite literally loads of Summer makeup tips

Summer makeup tips

Today we are going to be looking at a few Summer makeup tips

Now there are  loads of Summer makeup tips so we have taken just a few  of the most common ones jet to refresh your memory.
  • Whether you’re going to the beach or just feel like embracing the carefree summer vibe, just apply primer and concealer. Covering up shadows, spots, or blemishes with just concealer means you won’t have to worry about blotting away your makeup.
  •  If you are not comfortable going entirely nude? we suggests swapping any  foundation for tinted moisturisers that even out the skin tone, add radiance, and don’t feel heavy in the heat, for a sheer glow, look for an illuminating formulas.
  •  To add a safe bronzer apply one that has a slight shimmer and peach or pink undertones.
  • To keep minimal summer makeup glowing, add a  light-catching highlighter by blending in a  a touch of liquid highlighter,on the tops of the cheekbones and brow bones and down the bridge of the nose.
  • Easy to blend satin finish lipstick is just as resilient as cream blush. They’re put to the test on your lips from drinking to wiping your mouth so if the lipstick stays on through all that, it’s bound to tint your cheeks.
  • Water-resistant mascaras  are the easiest way to avoid  the dreaded  raccoon eyes. But if you find  wearing  waterproof mascara irritates your eyes,a simple trick: is to  sweep a clear mascara over your regular black one on my top lashes to seal the colour, and use only clear on my bottom lashes.
  • It’s time to lighten up. Really smudge deep copper eye shadow all over your lids for a summery take on smoky eyes or you can  use shimmery golden pink for a softer look.
We hope you like our Summer makeup tips as much as us.

Heavy Makeup Can Add Years to Your Look

Heavy Makeup Can Add Years to Your Look which is something most people want to avoid

Today we are going to be looking at How Heavy Makeup Can Add Years to Your Look

Heavy Makeup Can Add Years to Your Look, we are going to be looking  what to avoid to stop this from happening.
It”s very easy to forget that as we age you can’t get away with wearing heavy makeup. Less is more when it comes to makeup as you age. Nothing ages an older woman faster than loads of eye makeup. And unless you’ve had blepharoplasty (an eye-lift), too much thick, black eyeliner and heavily pigmented shadows will add years to your look and magnify those hooded lids and crow’s feet. Wearing eye liner on the inner rim of your eyes also ages you as well as making your eyes look smaller.
So what can we wear as we get older? well we can still wear eye shadow and liner ect but  you need to adjust the amount  of makeup you wear and change some of the colours. Steer clear of dark colours. They only make the eyes appear more sunken in and heavy. The key here is to open up your eyes  and to create a refreshed, bright look.
You can still use glitter and shimmer but use sparingly as it can actually amplify fine lines and wrinkles,  but a light colour on your lid with a hint of shimmer at the inner corner of your eye immediately opens the eyes. Use a matte shadow for your crease. as anything with shimmer or iridescence will only highlight a drooping crease, which we are sure is not the look you want.
When it comes to eyeliner keep it soft, use a kohl pencil or powder rather than harsher liquids and pens. You can still use black but a charcoal, brown or dark purple  will be more flattering.
For both eyeliner and mascara, stay on top, as anything on the bottom of the eye is going to close it in and potentially illuminate any darkness you concealed earlier. Blend your eyeliner out with a brush or cotton bud which will soften it and gives the  illusion of a fuller lash.
When applying mascara there is a trick to brushing it on that can open the eyes further. Start at the base of your lashes, and brush your outermost lashes out in the direction of your temple. On your middle lashes, brush them straight up, and finally for your inner lashes, brush them up toward the center of your brows (right above the bridge of your nose). This  will open your eyes up and helps lengthen your eyelashes.
When applying make up to the face remember to go light on your skin! Try a mineralized powder or a cream foundation, and for blush, choose a soft, matte one, again,  this is because shimmer enhances lines and dark shades are instantly aging, so bear this in mind when it comes to your lips, the thinner your lips, the lighter the lipstick should be. Deep, bold shades will make them look even thinner, while a soft, neutral lip liner and lip colour can temporarily plump them up. Complete your makeup with a finishing mist, which  will leave you with that gorgeous, dewy youthful glow.
Heavy Makeup Can Add Years to Your Look but hopefully with above advice that won’t be you.

Today we are looking at The best make up for olive skin

The best make up for olive skin

What is The best make up for olive skinThe best make up for olive skin

We have previously covered make up for pale and medium skin tones so are now moving onto The best make up for olive skin.
With olive skin you won’t necessarily need foundation but if you would like to enhance your skin tone a bit then do make sure you choose the correct foundation for the tone of your skin.  This will also apply to your concealer, it will look very odd if you get this wrong and you could end up with a bad case of panda eyes.

When choosing a blusher go with deep pinks, darker pinks and some browns, they will bring out your entire face and really make your skin stand out in just the right way.  As you already have lovely olive skin you don’t need to add any bronzer as you have that sun kissed look without it.  A little highlighting powder on your cheeks and even along your nose and your forehead goes a long way though.
For your eye shadow you should stay away from the pinks and go with deeper browns, blues and maybe even some greens as these colours will really make your eyes pop.  Using black eyeliner and black mascara and even sometimes adding a smoky effect to your eyes will make your eyes stand out and this combo will really emphasize your tanned skin.
To finish off  you look a nude colour on your lips or even just a clear gloss will compliment your olive skin.
There we are The best make up for olive skin for all you lovely tanned ladies.

Applying Colour Corrector

Today we are looking at Applying Colour Corrector

It is important to know what the different colour correctors are for when Applying Colour Corrector

Rather than applying thick concealer to cover up blemishes or dark circles, why not use a colour corrector? But as there are serveal different ones it is useful to know when Applying Colour Corrector which one you will need.
Hardly anyone has perfectly flawless skin, which is where colour correctors can help your complexion, whether that is to hide blemishes, redness or scarring or dark circles under the eyes.
The best way to use colour corrector is to determine what your skin issue may be. To correct redness in the skin the colour corrector you will need is  green.  this is because green neutralises  any deep redness in your skin tone. Liquid or cream colour  correctors tend to be a bit thicker than normal concealer so bear this in mind and use sparing. There are  powdered mineral versions of colour correctors which is great if you are someone who wears mineral makeup.Apply any colour corrector first before applying foundation  this  will help to get even and flawless coverage
If you have dark circles underneath your eyes.  avoid piling on the makeup in this area, as it will start to look obvious, as the  makeup sit in the  fine lines around  delicate skin underneath your eyes. The best way to deal with dark  circles underneath the eyes is to use a yellow toned colour corrector, which will neutralise this dark colour. If you  have darker skin type, and you are looking to neutralise gray or blue  discolouration under  the eyes, then it would be best to use an orange or peach coloured neutralizer. This will work in the same way as a yellow colour corrector work on someone with lighter skin.
If you have harsh yellow tones in your complexion, try using a lavender or lilac colour corrector, which will work to neutralise yellow undertones  as we are sure you have guessed that all colour correctors do is neutralises the colour.
Always shop around for the best product and follow the instructing when Applying Colour Corrector

Treating sunburn

How should you be Treating sunburn?

Tips on Treating sunburnTreating sunburn

We all know that we shouldn’t get sunburn in the first place but if you do this is how you should be Treating sunburn.
It can take between 4 and 6hrs after you have been in the sun for the symptoms of sunburn to come out but as soon as you feel those symptoms you should act straight away.
Have a cool shower or bath and then lather yourself in moisturiser to put the moisture back into your skin, using a cream that contains vitamin C or E may help to heal your skin, although this has not been proven by experts its still worth a try.
Any burn draws fluid to the skins surface and away from the rest of the body, so you must drink plenty of water for a couple of days and watch for signs of dehydration which are dry mouth, thirst, reduced urination, headache, dizziness and sleepiness. This can affect children more than adults so keep an eye on them and go to see your GP if the symptoms persist.
Also taking ibuprofen as soon as the sunburn is apparent is important as this cuts back on the swelling and redness that is going to occur and might prevent some long-term skin damage.
Most of the time sunburn can be treated at home, even when a few blisters appear but if a blistering burn covers 20% or more of the body (a child’s whole back), seek medical attention, also anyone with sunburn who is suffering fevers and chills should seek medical help.
If you end up with sunburn it means that you were not careful enough and didn’t protect yourself from the sun.  To prevent this from happening again make sure that you wear sunscreen at a high enough factor, usually spf 30 or above is best.  Covering up with clothing and hats and avoiding the sun as much as possible between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m is also recommended.
So thats how you should be Treating sunburn or at best avoid it in the first place.

Don’t skimp on the suncream

Don’t skimp on the suncream even if your make up has SPF’s

Don’t skimp on the suncream as too little can be painful

You may  think you have enough SPF’S after all your makeup has it in but Don’t skimp on the suncream ,when we’re applying makeup we’re not applying it to our ears, to our neck, and to our dĂ©colletage, even when you’re using a bronzer with SPF, you  have to make sure you are using it every where not  just on your cheekbones. t don’t count that as sunblock although using products with an SPF is a bonus.   Don’t forget that SPF’s have to be reapplied though out the day.
It is advised that you should  apply suncream to your face at least every two hours when you’re outdoors and immediately after sweating or getting wet. The chance are that you are only applying your makeup with SPF in the  morning,  which  simply  is not enough coverage. If you apply SPF foundation to the point where it’s completely opaque, then it’s great, but no one wears it like that as it looks awful.
The best and safest way to protect your face is with sunscreen, and any SPF makeup should be supplemental. In both cases you should look for products labeled as offering “broad spectrum” coverage that block out UVA and UVB rays. It’s the UVB rays,  that turn your skin red and affect the top layers of skin, while the UVA rays penetrate to the fat layer and are more responsible for photo damage and premature aging, though both can cause skin cancer.  It is advised that you use a SPF of 15 or higher in sunscreen and in makeup. If you use enough and rub it in thoroughly, you’ll have adequate sun protection.
As for how often you should be wearing sunscreen, you should wear it on your face every single day, even in the winter. For the most effective application, apply right after washing your face or taking a shower so that it can best penetrate the skin.
Sunscreen won’t lose its effectiveness when you apply makeup on top, so doubling up can be great, but slathering on various SPFs doesn’t always add up to better protection. If you layer sunscreens for example, an SPF 15 plus an SPF 30 — it does not add up to an SPF 45. In fact, it appears that you might dilute the higher SPF with using a lower SPF on top
We hope you have found our blog on Don’t skimp on the suncream interesting.

How to cover with concealer

How to cover with concealer!Tips on How to cover with concealer

Today we are going tone giving you tips on How to cover with concealer

Whether you use concealer everyday or once in a in a while it is important to know How to cover with concealerConcealer can be every woman’s best friend: It camouflages almost any imperfection so here, are a few tips on how to make concealer work for you:
How to cover with concealer!
1. Choose the correct shade for you. Concealer works best when it’s one shade lighter than your skin tone (that way, it lightens up very dark areas).
2. Pick the right consistency. Very thick cake concealers hide blemishes the best but can settle into wrinkles, which will make your cover-up job look obvious. A creamier texture gives coverage and a natural finish.
3. Invest in a concealer brush. Using one to apply coverup allows you to place it just where you need it.
4. Prep the under eye skin. If you’re covering dark circles, use an eye gel before concealer. Give the gel about ten minutes to absorb. before applying the congealer
5. Avoid using concealer on blemishes because you are using a concealer this is a shadelighter than your skin, applying it to raised bumps and pimples will actually draw attention to them. Save concealer for dark and dark areas of the face.
6. Powder to set. Using a translucent powder is especially important around the eye area ( as constant movement of the skin can cause the concealer to settle into fine lines). Use a brush or cotton ball to dust translucent powder over concealer this helps set it and reducing the chance of this happening.
7. Don’t Rub the concealer pat it on to the skin using the brush as rubbing it will just rub the concealer off
We hope you found our tips on How to cover with concealer useful.

Make up for a medium skin tone

What is the correct Make up for a medium skin tone

Make up for a medium skin tone

Lets take a look at the best Make up for a medium skin tone

In today’s blog we are going to have a look into the best Make up for a medium skin tone.
We recently covered make up for pale skin in our blog and we are now moving onto medium skin.  As with all skin tones matching your foundation correctly to the tone of your skin is very important so that you do not end up looking either too dark or too light for your natural tone.
When you have a medium skin tone you don’t always need to wear bronzer.  You can still use it to define but you don’t need it as you already have that sun kissed glow.  You can use a little bit of bronzer if you think you need definition but really don’t wear too much as you don’t need it.
If you want to wear blush instead then go for a pink blush as it is great for medium skin.  Rosy pinks, deep peaches and even some cranberry and light raspberry colours are all going to work great for your skin tone.
Black mascara really can make your eyes pop when you have a medium skin tone, this doesn’t mean you shouldn’t try other colours too but black will bring out your skin tone beautifully.
If you have a medium skin tone then you can usually pull off darker lipstick. A deep wine colour is lovely on a medium skin tone.
When choosing the right eyeliner colour it is not just matching it to your skin tone that is important, you need to make sure it also matching well with your eye colour, this also applies to eyeshadow.  Earthy shades look amazing on medium skin, coppers and taupes are great eyeshadow choices and a navy eyeliner can look stunning.
There are our tips on Make up for a medium skin tone, we will move onto make up for darker skin tones later on in the week.

Make up for pale skin

Tips for Make up for pale skin

Make up for pale skin

What is the best Make up for pale skin

Today we are going to be looking at the best Make up for pale skin.
Throughout history pale skin has been considered rare and beautiful and even though some people now hate their pale skin and will do anything to get a tan, pale skin can still look stunning as long as it is enhanced correctly.
Foundation- For any skin tone  foundation that does not match your skin tone is never flattering but this is especially true with paler skin.  Any colour that is slightly out from your natural tone will not look right and could even look  like an orange disaster. Don’t be ashamed to choose “porcelain” or “angel” shades. They look better than a darker shade and enhance your natural glow.
Bronzer- this is not a no-no for pale skin but must be used sparingly. A little bit of very light bronzer below the cheekbones and under your chin makes your face look thinner.  You could end up looking dirty if you put too much on and you can also instead wear blusher on the cheek bones, nose and the tip of your chin enhances your cheeks and makes your nose and chin look sharp.  A blusher in a very light pink shade will look lovely.
Eyeshadow- which ever colour eyes you have, it is important to choose the right colour eyeshadow for you.  Being pale is like being a blank canvas, the colours will show up much brighter on you because you have a lighter tone. Someone with very dark skin can easily pull off more vibrant makeup while a lighter skinned person can not. Instead of choosing a wild colour, try neutrals, such as light browns and purples.
EyelinerBrown and grey eyeliner looks stunning on pale skin, brown is especially a colour that brings out the eyes but doesn’t look as harsh as black.  Black eyeliner can also be beautiful on a pale person but in moderation. Instead of circling your eye with the liner, try instead only lining the top or the outer corners. Circling your entire eye in black liner can make your eyes look smaller and this goes for any skin tone.
Lipstick/glossWearing dark colours can make you look like a vampire when you have pale skin  so go for  a light pink  which looks great for either formal or casual occasions. Red lipstick is the one exception. Red lipstick looks best against pale skin and is great for important events.
Remember, less makeup is more for a light-skinned person as make up will show up more easily on their skin.
So there we go a few tips on Make up for pale skin, we will move onto make up for medium skin tones next week.

10 Rules when using self tan

Today we are looking at the all important 10 Rules when using self tan

Before you use self read the 10 Rules when using self tan

  • First things first -If you need to wax /shave your legs ect or  you are planning to have your nails sone or even touch up your hair colour, do it before applying any self-tanner. As all of those treatments can remove self-tanner.
  • Don’t forget to exfoliate -Self-tanner  can sink into dry skin, leaving dark patches that look unnatural  So don’t forget to exfoliate before hand  any dry skin with a coarse scrub, focusing on rough spots like the knees, elbows, ankles, and heels. For your face, use a cleanser with glycolic or salicylic acid and a skin brush to remove dead, dull skin. Avoid anything oil-based, since it leaves behind residue that causes streaks.
  •  Dry your skin - yes we know, we know this one seems obvious. But after showering,  make sure your skin is probably dry before applying self tan
  • Moisturise – no not the whole body but use around your ankles, knees  and elbows, unless you want orange ones of course.
  • Choosing the right product – with so many different types it can be hard to choose. We think  mouses are the easiest to rub in, but sprays are great for hard-to-reach areas. Choose  a self-tanner  that is right for  your skin tone as  going too dark will just make you look orange. Go with a light to medium formula if you have fair skin and a dark formula for olive tones. If you opt for a gradual formula, remember that it can take two to four applications to reach the right shade.
  • Start from the bottom and work up -this technique separates gorgeous sunless glows from bad fake tans.  Using with a a tanning mitt or wearing latex gloves this will prevent you from having orange palms. Apply self-tanner in circular motions approximately one teaspoon at a time. Start at your ankles and work your way up to your shoulders to prevent any weird marks when you bend over, and save your arms and hands for last.
  • Apply sparingly on the face – Apply  a small amount of self tanner where you’d naturally tan (your forehead, the apples of your cheeks, the bridge of your nose, and your chin) and blend outward with your fingertips. Be extra careful around the nose and above the top lip—these areas pick up more color because they tend to be drier. Using what’s left on your fingers, feather the tanner out into your hairline and past the jawbone. Don’t forget to wash your hands immediately  if you have not worn gloves or a mitt.
  • Take time to powder -Give  self tan extra time to dry. if the directions say five minutes, wait ten. Then brush a talc-free baby powder all over. This helps stop the tan from transferring to your clothes, Avoid  excersing that may cause you to sweat and do not shower or bath for 6 to 8 hours.
  • Preserve your tan -We can’t guarantee how long your bronze will last, but certain measures can be taken to prolong it. Wash with a gentle cleanser and make sure your skin is always moisturized. Avoid using retinols and acne treatments, which can dissolve colour on your face. When you’re ready to refresh your skin, exfoliate and begin the cycle again.
By following 10 Rules when using self tan you should look like you are naturally tanned.

Looking after your eyes

Looking after your eyes, what really works

Lets have a look at Looking after your eyeslooking after your eyes

In today’s blog we are going to be seeing whats good when Looking after your eyes.
If you have dark circles around them or crows feet or even bags under them what is the best way to look after your eyes.
Dark circles
There are three causes of dark circles, Some people have very thin skin, so you see the circulation of the blood vessels underneath.  Others actually have hyperpigmentation under the eyes, which means they have more melanin concentrated there than in other areas of the face. A third type is the “shadow effect” which occurs when a person has a natural hollow under the eye causing light to reflect in a way that creates a dusky look there.  A lot of people have two or three of these issues at the same time.
Topical creams are really only effective for hyperpigmentation, as its the only one that is on the skin’s surface out of the 3 different causes of dark circles.  Products that include Vitamin C, the lightening agent hydroquinone, and non-hydroquinone lightening ingredients such as kojic acid and arbutin are best to look out for.
If you have one of the other two types, circulatory or shadows then hyaluronic acid gel fillers, such as Juvéderm, are your best bet. Fillers do a wonderful job of improving the way the light bounces off the skin under the eye to take away that shadowing effect.

Crows feet & crepey lids
As we age, the skin around our eyes gets thinner, which leads to fine lines and wrinkles. Dermatologists distinguish between crow’s feet, the “squint lines” around the eyes’ outer corners, and the crepey fine lines on the upper and lower eyelids.
Because the skin around our eyes is the thinnest on our faces it loses moisture very quickly so you will need to use creams and lotions that are very hydrating, look out for creams with  hyaluronic acid it will help to bring a plumpness back to the skin to minimise wrinkles.

Bags under our eyes
We all have pads under our eyes that contain fat, genetic factors and aging cause those pads to increase in fat over time.  Allergies, salty foods and crying can also cause temporary puffiness around the eyes.
Topical creams will only relieve the area temporarily, massaging around yours eyes can help.   Sunscreen is just as important as eye cream as it does help with dark under eyes.  Protect your eye area like you do your face, with SPF every day and you’ll see fewer fine lines, wrinkles and dark circles over time.
So don’t forget that Looking after your eyes is as important if not more important than looking after the rest of your face.
