Make up for a medium skin tone

Lets take a look at the best Make up for a medium skin tone

In today’s blog we are going to have a look into the best Make up for a medium skin tone.
We recently covered make up for pale skin in our blog and we are now moving onto medium skin.  As with all skin tones matching your foundation correctly to the tone of your skin is very important so that you do not end up looking either too dark or too light for your natural tone.
When you have a medium skin tone you don’t always need to wear bronzer.  You can still use it to define but you don’t need it as you already have that sun kissed glow.  You can use a little bit of bronzer if you think you need definition but really don’t wear too much as you don’t need it.
If you want to wear blush instead then go for a pink blush as it is great for medium skin.  Rosy pinks, deep peaches and even some cranberry and light raspberry colours are all going to work great for your skin tone.
Black mascara really can make your eyes pop when you have a medium skin tone, this doesn’t mean you shouldn’t try other colours too but black will bring out your skin tone beautifully.
If you have a medium skin tone then you can usually pull off darker lipstick. A deep wine colour is lovely on a medium skin tone.
When choosing the right eyeliner colour it is not just matching it to your skin tone that is important, you need to make sure it also matching well with your eye colour, this also applies to eyeshadow.  Earthy shades look amazing on medium skin, coppers and taupes are great eyeshadow choices and a navy eyeliner can look stunning.
There are our tips on Make up for a medium skin tone, we will move onto make up for darker skin tones later on in the week.
