Today we are going to tell you More on how to firm and tighten your skin, as there seems to be quite a few different ways in which to do this.
Exfoliating with baking soda– Mix baking soda with some warm water into a fine paste and then rub it into your skin in gentle, circular motions.  Exfoliating will help to keep your skin looking young and fresh because it removes dead skin cells and extracts grease and dirt from the pores. It will also mean that your moisturiser will be far more effective too as it will be absorbed into the skin better. Baking soda makes a great natural exfoliator.
Massage with olive oil– Olive oil is one of the best natural moisturisers that you can use for tightening skin. It’s mild enough to be used on any skin type and it contains vitamins and antioxidants that will help to soften and protect your skin. Massage it in slowly to get the maximum benefits. Massaging tones the skin and the muscles underneath, it will help to improve the blood circulation too.
Egg white face mask- Egg whites are filled with nutrients that your skin will love, they reduce excess oil in the skin and they tighten the pores. Apply the white of one egg on your face and leave it to dry for about ten minutes and then rinse it off with warm water.
Honey & banana face mask– This face mask recipe combines three of nature’s most effective anti-ageing and skin care ingredients. Mash up one ripe banana and mix it with a tablespoon of honey and a tablespoon of olive oil. Apply the mixture to your face and leave on for about ten to  fifteen minutes. The antibacterial properties of the honey will fight any infection and help stop breakouts.  It will also tone and tighten your skin.
Strawberry & yoghurt face mask– This mask will make your skin feel soft and smooth, also using it regularly will reduce sagging of the skin.  Plain yoghurt is a wonderful moisturiser and strawberries are great for exfoliating the skin and improving the circulation. Mash up a few strawberries and mix them in with some natural, plain yoghurt. Apply the mixture to your face and leave it to sit for about ten minutes.
